Pneumatic quick joint is a kind of fast joint mainly used for air piping and pneumatic tools. When the pipe connection or disconnected joint is not linked without tools, the stainless steel beads automatically roll outward when the ring of the parent body moves to the other end. The daughter body is disconnected under the spring force of the parent body and the daughter body, and the daughter body and the parent body are closed separately. The fluid flow is blocked instantaneously.
According to the structure, it can be divided into:
1. Open-close type at both ends:
When the child inserts into the parent body, the ring returns to its original position under the action of the spring. The steel ball rolls to lock the child body tightly. At the same time, the parent body and the valve of the child body push each other and open. Fluid flow, O-ring can completely block the leakage of fluid.
No link - When the ring of the parent body is pushed to the other end, the steel ball automatically rolls outward, so the child body is removed; because there is no valve between the child body and the parent body, the fluid flows outward.
Link - When the child inserts into the parent, the ring is pushed to the previous position by the force of its spring, causing the ball to lock and flow, and the O-ring in it prevents leakage.
3. Single-way open-close mode
When not connected - when the ring of the parent body moves to the other end, the stainless steel beads automatically roll outward, the child body is bounced off by the reaction force of the valve spring, and the valve can automatically close to block the flow of fluid.
When the child is inserted into the parent side of the ring, the valve is opened to cause fluid flow, the washer is pushed back to its original position by the force of the spring, and the stainless steel beads are locked to ensure the child/parent connection. The inner washer can completely block the leakage of the fluid.
